It may be, however, full English (e.g. The New Company Hungary Kft.).<\/p>\n Finding a good official address<\/strong> is usually tricky. We may provide you with a trustworthy official seat at very competitive prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If you are a newcomer to Hungary, we suggest starting with a limited company (Ltd.)<\/strong>, since it combines great structural flexibility and limited responsibility with relatively cheap maintenance and registration costs.<\/p>\n Please note that in Hungary the age of 18 is the limit for maturity<\/strong>. CEOs cannot be under the age of 18, but owners might be. However, in this case, the person in charge (i.e. parent) must agree on the ownership of the child. This is usually complicated for foreign citizens, therefore, we do not recommend to include persons under the age of 18<\/strong> in the company.<\/p>\n You will need the following documents:<\/p>\n Please note that official translation may be required for some of the documents.<\/p>\n At the given date, you travel to Hungary and do all the paperwork in only 1 day. What documents you will have to sing<\/strong>:<\/p>\n We undertake the role of translation and provide you full English-language and consultancy support during the whole company formation process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n According to our experience, the Hungarian court will register your company from 2 to 15 days.<\/strong> Then we will send the electronic certificate of the incorporation.<\/p>\n After the company is incorporated by the Hungarian court, there are other mandatory registrations to be carried out:<\/p>\n The obligations listed above will be fulfilled by us. All the documents will be sent to you electronically.<\/p>\n It is required by the law for every domestic company to open a local forint (HUF) bank account. Of course, bank accounts in other currencies (EUR, USD) may be opened also.<\/p>\n Opening a bank account in Hungary is free of charge<\/strong>, however, maintaining it will cost you a certain sum in every month. You do not need to make any deposits in the beginning, however, to keep up your bank account, you may need to transfer some amount to your account regularly. We recommend OTP Bank<\/strong> (https:\/\/www.otpbank.hu\/portal\/en\/Home<\/a>), since it is the largest bank in Hungary, however, any other bank may be suitable.<\/p>\n Usually, banks do not allow you to open your bank account unless your company is registered. Do not panic, here is what you can do:<\/p>\n In the former case, we will accompany you and do all the necessary translations. In the latter case, we will open the bank account for you at a discount fee (the actual fee depends on the time we have to spend on the opening which is greatly influenced by the bank itself. Commonly charged price is about 30-40 EUR<\/strong>).<\/p>\n Register a Hungarian limited company<\/strong> and obtain official seat and accounting service for as low as 599 EUR<\/strong>. For 1 year, you will also get a 10% discount<\/strong> on the bookkeeping, taxation and any additional consultancy services.
