Felmer\u00fcl azonban a k\u00e9rd\u00e9s, hogy nagyobb c\u00e9gek inform\u00e1ci\u00f3ig\u00e9nyeit, komolyabb k\u00f6nyvel\u00e9si feladatokat (pl. vezet\u0151i sz\u00e1mviteli megold\u00e1sok, k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi sz\u00e1mlasz\u00e1moknak val\u00f3 megfeleltet\u00e9s) el tud-e l\u00e1tni.<\/p>\n<p>Erre a k\u00e9rd\u00e9sre a v\u00e1laszt ne mag\u00e1ban az RLB program felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i fel\u00fclet\u00e9ben keress\u00fck, hanem a program \u00e1ltal biztos\u00edtott adatb\u00e1zis \u00f6sszetetts\u00e9g\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n<p>Ha kicsit m\u00e9lyebbre \u00e1sunk, akkor felfedezhetj\u00fck, hogy a program m\u00e9g ann\u00e1l is rugalmasabb, mint amilyennek el\u0151sz\u00f6r l\u00e1tszott, ehhez csup\u00e1n n\u00e9h\u00e1ny \u2013 nem mellesleg olcs\u00f3 \u00e9s egyszer\u0171 \u2013 tr\u00fckkre van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fcnk.<\/p>\n<p>Az al\u00e1bbiakban egy egyszer\u0171 reportot fogunk \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edtani a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9seken kereszt\u00fcl:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Az RLB adatb\u00e1zishoz val\u00f3 lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9sszint\u0171 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa<\/li>\n<li>A lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li>\n<li>A report megjelen\u00edt\u00e9se Excelben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(A cikk felt\u00e9telezi, hogy rendelkez\u00fcnk MS Office programcsomaggal)<\/p>\n<h2>Az RLB adatb\u00e1zis\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9sszint\u0171 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9s be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa<\/h2>\n<p>Az RLB Visual FoxPro adatb\u00e1zisban \u00edr\u00f3dott. Ehhez lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s szinten hozz\u00e1 tudunk f\u00e9rni az ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel. <strong>Nagyon fontos, hogy ez lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s, teh\u00e1t semmi esetben sem j\u00e1rhat az adatok m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nyissuk meg az <strong>odbcad32<\/strong> nev\u0171 programot (Start men\u00fc \u00ae Futtat\u00e1s \u00ae \u201eodbcad32\u201d), az al\u00e1bbit kell, hogy kapjuk:<\/li>\n<li>A Hozz\u00e1ad\u00e1s men\u00fc seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel adjuk hozz\u00e1 a k\u00edv\u00e1nt c\u00e9g k\u00edv\u00e1nt \u00e9v\u00e9t (az RLB minden c\u00e9g minden \u00fczleti \u00e9v\u00e9nek k\u00fcl\u00f6n adatb\u00e1zist nyit). A hozz\u00e1ad\u00e1s m\u00f3dj\u00e1n\u00e1l a Free Table Directory opci\u00f3t v\u00e1lasszuk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A f\u00e1jlok a WINKONYV\\KETTOS\\C\u00e9g neve + \u00e9v k\u00f6nyvt\u00e1rban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k, p\u00e9ld\u00e1nkban a \u201egy\u00e1rilag\u201d j\u00e1r\u00f3 minta 2011 adatb\u00e1zist fogjuk haszn\u00e1lni az al\u00e1bbiak szerint:<\/p>\n<h2>A lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se<\/h2>\n<p>Keress\u00fck meg az MSQRY32 programot a Microsoft Office k\u00f6nyvt\u00e1runkban, \u00e9s ind\u00edtsuk el.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e9sz\u00edts\u00fcnk egy \u00faj lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9st, ehhez v\u00e1lasszuk a most elk\u00e9sz\u00edtett adatb\u00e1zis-kapcsolatunkat. Ekkor megjelenik az adatb\u00e1zis fizikai szerkezete.<\/p>\n<p>Egy egyszer\u0171 f\u0151k\u00f6nyvi kimutat\u00e1s fogunk k\u00e9sz\u00edteni. Ehhez a \u201econtir\u201d \u00e9s \u201efoktorzs\u201d t\u00e1bl\u00e1kra lesz sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fcnk. Ezekb\u0151l v\u00e1lasszuk ki az al\u00e1bbi mez\u0151ket:<\/p>\n<p>A program nem fogja tudni \u00f6sszekapcsolni a t\u00e1bl\u00e1kat, ezt nek\u00fcnk kell megtenn\u00fcnk oly m\u00f3don, hogy a megjelen\u0151 k\u00e9t t\u00e1bl\u00e1b\u00f3l a foktorzs t\u00e1bla fokszam mez\u0151j\u00e9t r\u00e1h\u00fazzuk a contir t\u00e1bla fsz mez\u0151j\u00e9re. Ezzel a k\u00e9t t\u00e1bl\u00e1t egy-a-t\u00f6bb rel\u00e1ci\u00f3ba kapcsoltuk.<\/p>\n<p>Ha j\u00f3l dolgoztunk, akkor a valami hasonl\u00f3t kell, hogy kapjunk:<\/p>\n<p>Ments\u00fck el a lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s\u00fcnket (ezt ezek ut\u00e1n m\u00e1r nem kell \u00fajra szerkeszten\u00fcnk)<\/p>\n<h2>A report megjelen\u00edt\u00e9se Excelben<\/h2>\n<p>Nyissuk meg az Excel-t, \u00e9s v\u00e1lasszuk a k\u00fcls\u0151 adatok \u00e1tv\u00e9tel\u00e9nek lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t. Nyissuk meg az elmentett lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9s\u00fcnket. Az adatok szinte azonnal megjelennek az Excel t\u00e1bl\u00e1ban. Ezek az adatok dinamikusak, teh\u00e1t friss\u00edthet\u0151k. Ez azt jelenti, hogy az adatb\u00e1zis v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s\u00e1val (k\u00f6nyvel\u00e9ssel) egy\u00fctt azonnal megjelennek a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1rom opci\u00f3nk van a tov\u00e1bbiakat tekintve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A nyers adatokat \u00fagy haszn\u00e1ljuk, ahogy vannak<\/li>\n<li>A nyers adatokb\u00f3l PIVOT-ot (jelent\u00e9st) k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00fcnk<\/li>\n<li>A nyers adatokat \u201ekihagyva\u201d egyb\u0151l PVIOT-ot k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00fcnk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Az ebb\u0151l ad\u00f3d\u00f3 elemz\u00e9si, hibakeres\u00e9si, kimutat\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek azt gondolom, \u00f6nmaguk\u00e9rt besz\u00e9lnek.
