Ut\u00f3bbi esetben <strong>az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s a sz\u00e1mlakibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s ut\u00e1ni napon teljes\u00edtend\u0151.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Sz\u00e1mlabefogad\u00f3 adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<p>Sz\u00e1mlabefogad\u00f3k\u00e9nt\u00a0a t\u00e9teles adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s v\u00e1ltozatlanul az \u00c1FA bevall\u00e1sban \u00e9s az ad\u00f3levon\u00e1si jog \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3an teljes\u00edtend\u0151, az ad\u00f3\u00e9rt\u00e9khat\u00e1r 2<strong>018. j\u00falius 1-j\u00e9vel ebben a k\u00f6rben is 100.000.-Ft-ra cs\u00f6kken,<\/strong> <strong>a szolg\u00e1ltatand\u00f3 adatok k\u00f6re ugyanakkor nem v\u00e1ltozik<\/strong>. A t\u00e9teles adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez az ad\u00f3alany \u2013 a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programb\u00f3l a NAV-hoz tov\u00e1bb\u00edtott, illetve nyomdai \u00faton el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtott sz\u00e1mla eset\u00e9n a webes fel\u00fcletre felt\u00f6lt\u00f6tt sz\u00e1mlaadatok alapj\u00e1n \u2013 a sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra kibocs\u00e1tott sz\u00e1ml\u00e1k adatait a NAV rendszer\u00e9b\u0151l lek\u00e9rdezheti.<\/p>\n<h2>Hogyan kell jelentenem?<\/h2>\n<h3>Szoftver eset\u00e9n<\/h3>\n<p>A sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programmal szembeni k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt szerepel, hogy biztos\u00edtania kell a ki\u00e1ll\u00edtott sz\u00e1mla, sz\u00e1ml\u00e1val egy tekintet al\u00e1 es\u0151 okirat legal\u00e1bb \u00c1FA t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerinti k\u00f6telez\u0151 adattartalm\u00e1nak elektronikus tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t az ad\u00f3hat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz.<\/p>\n<p>A sz\u00e1mla kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1stechnikai programnak, programfunkci\u00f3nak, programmodulnak kell teljes\u00edtenie az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st. A sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programot haszn\u00e1l\u00f3 ad\u00f3alany nem mentes\u00fcl az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g al\u00f3l p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul olyan indokkal, hogy az \u00e1ltala haszn\u00e1lt program k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi fejleszt\u00e9s\u0171.<\/p>\n<p>Az ad\u00f3alany mindaddig haszn\u00e1lhatja adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sra nem alkalmas sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programj\u00e1t, <strong>am\u00edg nem kell adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st teljes\u00edtenie<\/strong>, vagyis nem <strong>\u00e1ll\u00edt ki a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programmal egy m\u00e1sik belf\u00f6ldi ad\u00f3alany r\u00e9sz\u00e9re olyan sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t, amiben 100.000.- Ft vagy azt meghalad\u00f3 \u00f6sszeg\u0171 \u00c1FA van<\/strong>. Az ilyen program haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1t a NAV, a tervek szerint nem szankcion\u00e1lja. Ugyanakkor, hogy az ilyen programot haszn\u00e1l\u00f3 ad\u00f3alanynak is online sz\u00e1mlaadat-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9ge keletkezik az els\u0151 olyan sz\u00e1mla ki\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sakor, amelyben egy m\u00e1sik belf\u00f6ldi ad\u00f3alanyra legal\u00e1bb 100\u00a0000 forint ad\u00f3t h\u00e1r\u00edt \u00e1t. <strong>Mulaszt\u00e1si b\u00edrs\u00e1ggal j\u00e1rhat,<\/strong> ha ezt a k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get valaki nem vagy nem megfelel\u0151en teljes\u00edti.<\/p>\n<p>Az ad\u00f3alany ugyanakkor d\u00f6nthet \u00fagy is, hogy figyelmen k\u00edv\u00fcl hagyja az ad\u00f3\u00e9rt\u00e9khat\u00e1rt \u00e9s \u2013 f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl att\u00f3l, hogy a sz\u00e1mla tartalmaz-e \u00e1th\u00e1r\u00edtott ad\u00f3t, illetve, hogy milyen \u00f6sszeg\u0171 \u00e1th\u00e1r\u00edtott ad\u00f3t tartalmaz \u2013 <strong>valamennyi belf\u00f6ldi ad\u00f3alany sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ki\u00e1ll\u00edtott sz\u00e1ml\u00e1j\u00e1r\u00f3l adatot szolg\u00e1ltat<\/strong>. A NAV az \u00f6nk\u00e9ntesen szolg\u00e1ltatott sz\u00e1mlaadatokat is befogadja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1snak emberi beavatkoz\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00f3 programb\u00f3l automatikusan kell t\u00f6rt\u00e9nnie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>K\u00e9zi sz\u00e1mla eset\u00e9n<\/h3>\n<p>Az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s\u00e1t, el\u0151zetes regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3t k\u00f6vet\u0151en, a NAV webes fel\u00fclet\u00e9n kell megtenni, amely az al\u00e1bbi linket \u00e9rhet\u0151 el.
